The Partnership Law Certificate Program organized by Koç University Faculty of Law was held online 27th of April, 2022 between 13.00-17:00.
Within the scope of the program in which presentations regarding share transfer agreements and shareholder agreements were made, Tuna Çolgar who works for Erdem & Erdem as a partner shared his experiences related "Share Transfer Agreements” with a two-hour presentation to the participants.
