259 LAW OF OBLIGATIONS In the event of violation of the prohibition of determining payment obligations in foreign currencies, or in a manner indexed to foreign currencies, in addition to an administrative fine applicable per con- tract, contracts made within this scope are subject to the supervision of the Ministry and, if the documents requested by the Ministry are not provided, the activities may be partially or completely suspended.
