The Conference jointly organized by Istanbul University Law Faculty and Association Henri Capitant on “Reforms of French – Turkish Law of Obligations” was held at İstanbul University on 9 April 2012. Many lawyers and academists have participated to the Conference. Prof. Dr. H. Ercument Erdem, Partner of Erdem&Erdem Law Firm and Professor Emeritus of Commercial Law in Galatasaray University made a presentation on “Transfer of Commercial Enterprise”.

Prof. Erdem revealed in his presentation the provisions related to transfer of commercial enterprise, common provisions of scope and form of transfer agreement in New Turkish Commercial Code.
