Melissa Balıkçı is an Associate in Corporate and Dispute Resolution departments of Erdem & Erdem. She provides legal advice mainly on matters relating to corporate law, contract law and business law. She participated various domestic and international commercial law disputes.

Melissa specializes in international commercial arbitration. She represents parties from diverse backgrounds as counsel in arbitration proceedings conducted under various institutional rules. She also provides assistance to appointed arbitrators. She has provided counseling services regarding domestic and international business law to domestic and foreign clients on international transactions and international business law. She assists clients on incorporation of companies, preparation of the articles of association and other corporate works as well as the winding up of companies. Melissa has experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts.
