We are proud to announce the completion of the merger between Moka Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. and Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., carried out in accordance with Corporate Tax Code No. 5520 and Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
Following the receipt of all necessary approvals from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, and the Turkish Competition Authority, the merger was formally approved at the General Assembly meetings of both companies on March 24, 2025, and has now been officially registered.
The Erdem & Erdem team successfully led and managed all aspects of the transaction, and we are proud to have supported this deal — a benchmark in the fintech world — through each critical milestone. Upon finalization of the post-merger structure, the merged entity will be jointly owned by İşbank Group and Oyak Group, each holding a 50% stake.
