Attorneyship Summit 2021 has been organized by Baskent University Law Society
The "Attorneyship Summit" organized by Başkent University Law Society was held online on 8-9 May 2021 with the participation of experts in their fields and leading law firms across Turkey.
Within the scope of the summit, Att. Tuna Çolgar, Associate at Erdem & Erdem Law Office, delivered his presentation about "Mergers and Acquisitions" on Saturday, May 8 at 12:15. Tuna Çolgar, discussed the share transfer transactions; conveyed its stages such as preparation, contract negotiations, signature and closing in detail, to the participants of the summit.
