Deadline regarding Message Management System is approaching-I
Pursuant to the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, the real and legal persons (“Service Provider”) who would like to send commercial electronic messages shall register with the Message Management System and upload previously collected opt-in consents of commercial message recipients (“Recipient”) until 01.12.2020.
Accordingly, Service Providers who send commercial messages by calling, messaging, e-mailing etc. with the aim to promote or commercialize his/her goods and services or expend recognition of his/her business in line with the commercial activities, are within the scope of the Message Management System.
The Recipients, on the other hand, will be able to check the approvals uploaded until 16.01.2021.
