Monetary Thresholds under the E-Commerce Law Updated

The monetary thresholds forming the basis for determining the obligations of electronic commerce intermediary service providers (ECISP) and electronic commerce service providers (ECSP) under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce have been updated.

The annual rate of change in electronic commerce volume reached 48.07% as of the end of the 2025 calendar year. Based on this rate, the thresholds applicable to net transaction volumes have been increased. The new thresholds are summarized below:
