The Communiqué on Corporate Governance has been amended
The Communiqué on the Amendment to the Communiqué on Corporate Governance numbered II-17.1 (the “Communiqué”) entered into force through publication in the Official Gazette dated October 2, 2020 and numbered 31262.
With the introduction of the amendments, it has been regulated that the statements within the scope of "sustainability" principles compliance framework will be included in the corporate governance principles compliance reporting of various partnerships specified in the Communiqué. The principles regarding the content and publication of the sustainability principles will be determined by the Capital Markets Board ("Board").
The implementation of the sustainability principles announced by the Board is on voluntary basis.
