Biography
Orhan Emin Erdem works as an Associate at Erdem & Erdem Law Office. He provides corporate legal consultancy to local and international clients in their cross-border transactions. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law and capital markets law.
Orhan Emin Erdem provides legal advisory services in the fields of banking, finance and capital markets, with a particular focus on initial public offering (IPO) projects. In this context, he supports companies operating in various sectors, including iron and steel, automotive, balloon, restaurant and mining, throughout their IPO processes. He also prepares legal opinions in relation to various loan agreements and financial transactions, and advises on security arrangements, including the revision and structuring of guarantees.
Orhan Emin Erdem is involved in general corporate advisory matters, including assisting in legal due diligence within M&A transactions, contract drafting, and corporate governance tasks. He provides day-to-day legal support to domestic and foreign companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
He also provides legal consultancy on ESG compliance, advising companies in line with Turkish and European Union legislation.
