Competition Board Decision

• The Competition Board (“Board”) decided that the Spare Part Sale and Authorized Service Shop Contract between IVECO Araç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and its authorized service shops, enjoys block exemption under the Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements in Motor Vehicles Sector No. 2017/3 with the condition that the required amendment to Article 31.1. of the Contract is made.
