Rüştü Mert Kaşka Spoke at AHK Türkiye’s Workshop on the Legal Framework of Aggregation Activities in the Electricity Market
AHK Türkiye - German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted an online workshop entitled “The Legal Framework of Aggregation Activities in the Electricity Market” on 4 June between 10:30 and 12:00.
Rüştü Mert Kaşka, Senior Associate in our Corporate Affairs practice, participated in the event as a speaker. During the workshop, key legal and regulatory aspects of aggregation activities in the Turkish electricity market were discussed in detail.
The session addressed the definition and scope of aggregation activities, licensing procedures, the applicable legislative framework, secondary regulations and compliance requirements, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties under aggregation agreements.
