Our legal team has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of complicated construction, design, and development contracts. Our construction and infrastructure experts arrange, examine, negotiate, and terminate ordinary partnership and other contracts between administrations, contractors, partners, and subcontractors for all types of construction and infrastructure projects, as well as standard form construction contracts commonly used in international projects such as FIDIC.

We represent our customers in complicated transactions involving both public and private parties in the construction and management of ports, power plants, tourism facilities, shopping malls, motorways, bridges, airports, and hospitals. Our activities in this field include securities, tax, and environmental law, bankruptcy, public procurement, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, project finance, competition and compliance, and client representation in litigation and arbitration proceedings before various courts and international arbitration forums.

  • Representing a joint venture company formed by a Turkish and Italian partners, in the project structuring and financing of the first ever PPP project in Turkish healthcare sector for the design, construction and management (of non-core services) of the Kayseri Integrated Health Campus
