The Personal Data Protection Authority (Authority) has updated its publications such as guidelines, assessments and recommendations in line with recent developments in the field of personal data protection.
The updated publications are summarized below:
- Guide on the Processing of Turkish Republic Identity Numbers,
- Right to be Forgotten (Assessment of the Right to be Forgotten in the Context of Search Engines),
- Recommendations on the Protection of Personal Data in the Field of Artificial Intelligence,
- Guide on Personal Data Security (Technical and Administrative Measures),
- Guide on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data.
