The Regulation on Processing and Protection of Personal Data by the Social Security Institution was Published
The Regulation on Process and Protection of Personal Data by the Social Security Institution (“Regulation”) entered into force through its publication in the Official Gazette dated 19.02.2022 and numbered 31755.
The purpose of the said Regulation is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the processing of data obtained within the scope of its duties and authority.
With the Regulation, detailed clauses on the processing and access of personal data, personal health data and data in the nature of trade secrets, the duties and obligations of data controllers, the requests of the data subject regarding his/her own data, the requests of the Institutions or organizations to access these data and procedure for data transfer are regulated.
