Supplier of Last Resort Tariff is Amended
Through the promulgation of the Decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Board (“EMRA”) dated 30.09.2020 numbered 9580 (“Decision”), published in the Official Gazette dated 01.10.2020 and numbered 31261, Supplier of Last Resort Tariff is amended.
Tariffs stated in "Activity Based Tariff Table" and "Final Tariff Table" attached to the Decision will be applied as of 1st October 2020 to:
- Distribution system users by distribution companies,
- Non-eligible consumers and consumers who are defined as low-consumption consumers and who do not choose their supplier despite being eligible consumers.
A separate Tariff Table is published for the consumers who chose the Green Tariff.
