Biography
Aslı Su Çoruk works as an Associate in Competition and Compliance Department of Erdem & Erdem. Aslı Su mainly provides legal consultancy on competition law matters including investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
Aslı Su has represented a wide variety of leading multinational corporations operating in a wide range of geography including Turkey, Europe and United States in connection with competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has also advised many multinational and local companies on competition law matters. She further represented undertakings in annulment lawsuits and appeals pertaining to decisions of the Competition Board.

- Provided competition law consultancy on a regular basis to leading domestic and multinational firms operating in various industries such as automotive, FMCG retail, automotive, banking and port operations. Represented two different companies operating as a supermarket and retailer in the retail sector in ongoing lawsuits in administrative jurisdiction with regard to the annulment of Competition Board’s decisions.Respresented an international maritime transport company in an investigation before the Competition Authority.
- Represented an international restaurant chain in an investigation related to the labor market before the Competition Authority.
- Represented a company operating in the car leasing sector in the preliminary investigation conducted before the Competition Authority.
- Represented a company operating in the fertilizer sector in the investigation before the Competition Authority.
- Represented banks within the scope of various pre-investigations carried out before the Competition Authority and conducted the administrative judicial processes regarding the Competition Board’s decisions.
- Provided consultancy to an international company operating in the field of port management within the scope of the sector research conducted by the Competition Authority.
- Represented a leading agricultural company in Turkey in its acquisition of a leading company operating in the fruit juice market and prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority.
- Represented an international maritime transport company in a worldwide acquisition transaction and prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority.
- Represented a leading company operating in the field of brokerage services in Turkey within the scope of an acquisition transaction and prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority.
- Prepared corporate competition compliance programs and competition law trainings.
- Conducted internal audits regarding competition law compliance.
