Biography
Aslı Su Çoruk works as an Associate in Competition and Compliance Department of Erdem & Erdem. Aslı Su mainly provides legal consultancy on competition law matters including investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
Aslı Su has represented a wide variety of leading multinational corporations operating in a wide range of geography including Turkey, Europe and United States in connection with competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has also advised many multinational and local companies on competition law matters. She further represented undertakings in annulment lawsuits and appeals pertaining to decisions of the Competition Board.

- Provided competition law consultancy on a regular basis to leading domestic and multinational firms operating in various industries such as automotive, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and glass production,
- Represented a company active in the retail sector in an ongoing lawsuit in administrative jurisdiction with regard to the annulment of the Competition Board’s decision.
- Represented a leading pharmaceutical company in Turkey in an investigation before the Competition Authority,
- Represented banks within the scope of various pre-investigations carried out before the Competition Authority and conducted the administrative judicial processes regarding the Competition Board’s decisions,
- Prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority with regard to the transaction concerning the acquisition of the natural colorants business of an international company by a global investment company,
- Prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority with regard to the transaction concerning the acquisition of joint control over a company active in the VAT refund services by two investment companies,
- Prepared the merger control filing that was submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority with regard to the transaction concerning the acquisition of sole control by an international pharmaceutical company over another pharmaceutical company
- Prepared corporate competition compliance programs and competition law trainings.
